If payment is not made as required, we are entitled to treat your booking as cancelled and to levy cancellation charges as set out in clause 8 below. The issue of official advice or recommendations against non-essential travel by public authorities (such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) does not automatically mean we are prevented from performing your contracted holiday arrangements. If your reservation includes a Restricted Air flight, any change will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the flight cost together with the full cost of booking another flight. a.
