I had all my prescriptions changed to another pharmacy, and I think I've been in a Walgreens two or three times in the last six years; I don't care that this was only one branch; their training of employees seemed lax, and there are plenty of other pharrmacies to which I can take my business. Very short. Come on, what is that? There is only one employee covering the front desk line (6-10 deep), the drive thru (5 car minimum) and the telephones (at least 10 on hold).
